Out of the four walls

The Principle's Office

I have been to several schools in our neighbouring countries. The latest a school located in town area. The facilities are far behind compare to what we have.

With USD200++ (senior teachers) and 6 days a week. I was amazed by their attitude and dedication.

    That's true.....

All kids are gifted; some just open their packages earlier than others.

"You cannot teach a child you do not love; you cannot teach a child you do not respect; you cannot teach a child you do not understand."

    SID :

.......and it's true 'Feelings are not Facts' in teaching.

    I feel:

    My students are weak
My students are giving me problems
    My students.......etc
    I've worked extra time/hard/smart
    (Oh really?)

    The Facts:

    Ask yourself;

    Why they're weak?
    Why they're giving problems?
    Why they're this/that?

    What've we been doing.............
    Why we're called 'TEACHER'

    Thanks Rawya

"Our feelings are our most genuine paths to knowledge."

Teaching our students the language feeling will prepare them for life emotionally...it's as important as teaching them to read and write...Teachers can use their emotional intelligence to recognize and manage their own feelings when teaching. ...

Feelings are really our guidance system to show us where we are. They are major indicators of whether we are doing what we need to do...denying our feelings can just cause problems. They let us know when something is missing or needed. We understand truth according to our feelings...
I think we should appreciate the positive role feelings are meant to play in our life. ...
They tell us something from which we can learn...

    CAN WE IGNORE OUR FEELINGS????????
